Chef’s Demos - a full programme of Chef’s demonstrations in the Northumberland Hall with a 'Ready, Steady, Cook' theme – details to follow.

Art & Craft Market – a selection of local crafts for sale from local designers and artists, situated in Bondgate Within - a new feature of the 2011 Festival. The Art & Craft Market is sponored by Baileys of Alnwick.

Community Market - another new feature of the 2011 Festival - sponsored by Wilkinson. Situated in Bondgate Within the Community Market will feature talks and demonstrations exploring the themes of local growing, local food and the environment, hosted by Alnwick Area Friends of the Earth,  and goods for sale and information from local schools, community groups and community organisations - click here for more details.

Street Entertainers and roving chefs - look out for street entertainers, roving chefs and Food Festival mascot, ALF popping up around the Festival.

Alnwick Beer Festival will be taking place in Alnwick Town Hall, just off the Market Square, through-out the day.
